Responsible for providing quality customer service, the full-time Reverse Loan Processor will obtain necessary documentation for underwriting, communicate with customers and Loan Officers, and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities- Perform thorough reviews and analyses of borrowers’ credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting
- Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation in the file
- Communicate with various companies to obtain necessary third-party documentation and manage the loan pipeline efficiently
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' reverse mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass
- Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
