We have over 830 in‑home Instructors that work with families and individuals to help them do four basic things: build and follow a budget and a financial roadmap, optimize personal credit, eliminate debt and learn to utilize smart banking rather than conventional banking approach to managing your money.

• Take inbound calls and set appointments helping prospective students complete their Free Financial Analysis.
• Spend 20–25 minutes pre‑qualifying each individual for their level of interest to enroll in our financial literacy program for $199.
• Help prospective students identify the underlying reasons for their commitment to managing their financial lives, paying off debt, optimizing credit and learning to live on a budget and financial roadmap.
• Enroll students into our 99 Financial Course and their new Instructor who will guide them through their 90‑day course focused on budgeting using a 120‑day calendar and roadmap.
• Assist students with enrolling family and friends (current referral rate from students enrolled in our program is as high as 75%).

• Part‑time position with varying 5‑hour a day shifts from 7am to 11pm daily, including Saturdays but not Sundays.
• Pay begins at $15 per hour and health benefits are available.
