Operational Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced financial operations team. In this role, you will support account transfers, transaction processing, reconciliation activities, and settlement operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.

• Process and facilitate account transfer requests.
• Perform transaction and settlement reconciliations.
• Verify account information and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve transfer and settlement issues.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
• Deliver high-quality client service while minimizing operational risk.

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, banking, financial services, or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with account transfers or settlement operations is a plus but not required.
