Position: Licensed Therapist to serve as Rater / Facilitator for Psychiatric & Psychedelic Clinical Research

Role Overview

This position combines:

  • Independent psychiatric rating
  • Clinical research support
  • Dosing session monitoring / facilitation for interventional and psychedelic studies

You will play a central role in ensuring high‑quality data, patient safety, and protocol integrity across multiple CNS indications.

Responsibilities Clinical Rating
  • Administer standardized psychiatric rating scales across multiple protocols
  • Maintain inter‑rater reliability and scoring accuracy
  • Support screening, baseline, and follow‑up assessments
Preferred assessment experience includes
  • MADRS
  • HAM‑D
  • HAM‑A
  • MINI
  • SCID
Clinical Trial Execution
  • Support protocol adherence and documentation
  • Coordinate with investigators, coordinators, and sponsors
  • Participate in study visits and patient monitoring
Facilitation / Dosing Support
  • Serve as a session monitor/facilitator for interventional and psychedelic studies
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and protocol fidelity during dosing sessions
  • Collaborate with clinical team during preparation and follow‑up
Qualifications Required
  • Masters degree or PhD with active Utah psychotherapy license
Preferred
  • Prior experience rating in psychiatric clinical trials
  • Familiarity with major mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorder indications
  • Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, research‑driven environment
  • Experience across multiple CNS indications
  • Training in structured diagnostic interviews
  • Prior work in interventional psychiatry or psychedelic research settings
