As a Physical Therapist
, you will play a vital role in helping infants and toddlers with developmental delays build strength, mobility, and independence. Working within our Early Intervention program, you’ll partner closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized, family-centered care that supports each child’s development in meaningful, everyday ways.

This role is ideal for a compassionate, collaborative clinician who is passionate about early childhood development and making a direct impact in the lives of children and their families.

Requirements & Responsibilities
  • Conduct developmental and physical assessments for children ages 0–3
  • Develop and implement individualized, family-centered treatment plans
  • Provide hands‑on therapy to support gross motor development, mobility, and strength
  • Educate and coach families on incorporating therapy strategies into daily routines
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OT, SLP, Developmental Specialists, and Service Coordinators
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and state requirements
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
  • Support community outreach and advocacy efforts as needed
Qualifications

Required:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program
  • Strong clinical skills in pediatric assessment and treatment
  • Knowledge of early intervention principles and child development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Intermediate computer/tablet proficiency

Preferred:

  • Experience in pediatric physical therapy or early intervention
  • Experience in home- or community-based settings
  • Pediatric certification or board specialization
  • Familiarity with early intervention programs and regulations
Schedule
  • Full‑time:
    Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for home visits)
  • Part‑time:
    Flexible scheduling available
