Full-time, 40 hours/week, variable schedule covering retail pharmacy operating hours
Duties
:
- Open and close the retail pharmacy
- Supervise experienced pharmacy technicians
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring pliance with all regulatory requirements and efficient service delivery.
- Manage inventory, conduct audits, and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste.
- Dispense medications accurately and provide personalized consultations to patients.
- Administer immunizations under defined protocols.
- Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and students.
- Engage with the munity through outreach events and educational programs.
Experience
:
- 3+ years of retail experience as a pharmacist preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Must have good munication skills, both written and verbal.
- Requires current UT pharmacy license
- APhA Immunization Certification.
- Prior pharmacy management experience.
