As a PRN therapist partnering with Independence Rehab at Orchard Park, you’ll support residents navigating recovery, chronic conditions, and life transitions—providing therapy that truly changes daily life.

As a PRN PT in our geriatric programs, your day is relationship‑driven, collaborative, and clinically meaningful.

• Performing evaluations and contributing to individualized plans of care as needed
• Guiding residents through mobility milestones—first steps, safe transfers, returning home
• Leading gait, balance, strengthening, and functional training sessions
• Helping reduce fall risk and build confidence with daily activities
• Supervising and collaborating with PTAs when scheduled
• Adjusting care plans based on patient progress and clinical judgment
• Working alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole‑person recovery
• Providing reliable coverage for vacations, caseload fluctuations, and program growth
