Fruit Street Health is a CDC-recognized diabetes prevention program designed to help patients with prediabetes prevent the progression to Type 2 diabetes through diet and lifestyle changes. About the Role

We are seeking endocrinologists to serve as advisory board members for Fruit Street Health. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance on the clinical direction and implementation of our diabetes prevention program, help shape best practices, and support the expansion of our program in local communities.

As an advisory board member, you will:

• Advocate for the program within your local physician network and encourage referrals of prediabetic patients
• Help enhance program content and ensure alignment with current endocrinology guidelines
• Provide clinical insights to refine program guidelines and implementation strategies
• Engage with healthcare executives and insurers to support program adoption
• Network with employers, commercial health plans, and state departments of health to promote the diabetes prevention program and expand access
• Represent Fruit Street at relevant conferences such as ADA and AACE, with a travel stipend provided

Qualifications

• Clinical experience with diabetes, prediabetes, or obesity management
• Passion for chronic disease prevention and patient education
• Strong interest in digital health and virtual care delivery models
