About the Role

Brighter Strides ABA is currently seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs/LBAs to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will play a key part in improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by designing, implementing, and supervising individualized ABA treatment programs.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with families, mentor behavior technicians, and make a meaningful impact on children’s development and independence

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and individualized behavioral assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and support ongoing ABA therapy services for assigned clients
  • Oversee staff performance and ensure implementation fidelity of treatment plans
  • Prepare, organize, and evaluate staff efforts to achieve the objectives outlined in the client’s IEP/IFSP or treatment plan
  • Train, mentor, and coach Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide supervision hours and performance feedback to assigned staff
  • Deliver direct services to clients and families when clinically necessary
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
  • Maintain accurate documentation, daily session notes, and progress reports
  • Conduct regular program reviews and prepare annual reports regarding program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client’s care
  • Promote a positive clinical environment that supports ethical practices and work‑life balance
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Required)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) where applicable (Required)
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges
  • Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data analysis
Required Skills
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to analyze behavioral data and make data‑driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and team members
  • Leadership skills to effectively supervise and mentor staff
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and priorities
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians
  • Experience providing in‑home ABA services
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems (e.g., Central Reach)
  • Strong skills in parent training and caregiver collaboration
