Encompass Health invites an Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated care team committed to fostering independence and improving quality of life for patients during inpatient rehabilitation. The role focuses on delivering personalized, compassionate therapy while leveraging the latest technology and a collaborative work environment.

• Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in need.
• Guide patients by supervising care and treatments.
• Lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target and resolve patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the recovery journey.

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• A Master’s Degree is preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field is acceptable.
