FULLY LICENSED CLINICAL THERAPIST - ADULT UNIT

Your goals and objectives include:

• Providing daily group therapy and patient check in sessions 3-5 times per admission
• Completing psychosocial assessments and other clinical assessments
• Developing effective treatment plans and working toward safe discharge planning (avg length of stay = approx. 6-8 days)
• Working with patients who have experienced past or current trauma, symptoms of anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation
• Providing strong case management skills

Your Qualifications and Requirements will include:

• MUST BE FULLY LICENSED (LCSW, CMHC or LMFT) REQUIRED
• Valid/active license to practice in Utah
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, and crisis intervention.
• Keep current with continuing education requirements for Utah license.
• Experience working with adolescents preferred
