Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Healthcare Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in/around New York, Boston, and San Francisco)

I'm working with a Boutique Healthcare Consultancy that focuses on supporting the Biopharma industry across commercial and clinical strategies. With an already exemplary client record of 98% client satisfaction and 95% client retention rate, this role will be working to continue its global goals.

• You'll work on supporting the client engagement team and running project teams committed to developing and delivering executable project outcomes
• Understanding and delivering the client's strategic needs
• Managing daily interactions with client teams, and leading project discussions and presentations
• Contributing to account planning processes
• Management of junior business analysts, supporting them in setting objectives, development plans, mentoring, and their overall growth

• 2+ years experience in consultancy
• PhD in a life science subject
• Experienced in Competitive Intelligence and Market Research
• Ideally therapeutic knowledge in Oncology
