What You'll Do

Roles vary by program, but always impact lives.

Day Program DSPs (weekday, daytime hours)

Support individuals in developing life skills and independence through activities such as self‑care, hygiene, arts and crafts, vocational training, and community engagement. Help build social skills, manage behaviors, and participate meaningfully in daily routines. Maintain accurate documentation and focus on health and safety.

Residential DSPs (early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, overnights)

Assist individuals in their homes with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication support, hygiene, transportation, and housekeeping. Teach life skills such as budgeting, relationship‑building, and decision‑making, modeling positive behaviors and providing consistent support to promote independence.

In both settings, serve as a mentor, advocate, and role model to help individuals build confidence and experience a higher quality of life.

Why This Work Matters

This role is more than a job; it is an opportunity to contribute to independence and well‑being for individuals with developmental disabilities.

All candidates must pass a background check before hiring. Any job offer is contingent upon the results of the background check.
