Able to work virtually in an on-site and online coaching environment to an
ethnically and culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and young adults, and employees in the
workforce with individuals to promote optimum mental and emotional health.

Responsibilities:
  • Capable of instructing others in order to provide them with a healthier way of life.
  • Coach clients or patients, individually or in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making changes.
  • Develop care plans that are custom-tailored to individual clients.
    • Qualifications:
  • Licensed and must earn a master's degree in a mental health-related field of study, such as clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or social work from an accredited school.
  • The ability to work flexibly as part of a large multidisciplinary team.
  • Have the capacity to monitor developing situations and anticipate issues.
  • Excellent management skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
