We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Orem, UT.
Responsibilities- Perform new-patient evaluations/exams.
- Diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations.
- Create treatment plans with goals and completion dates.
- Educate patients on intervention techniques and exercises, and track progress.
- Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises.
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness.
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.
- Current state PT license.
- Ability to develop and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans.
- Experience of at least one year in an outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab setting.
- Self‑motivated and eager to learn.
- Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall‑risk patients.
- Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
