Type of Work: Part Time, 20-29 hours per week ideally.
Location: 3633 N Thanksgiving Way, Lehi, UT 84043.
Pay Rate: $60-65/hr+ depending on experience.
Who You AreAs a Pharmacist at Curaleaf, you’ll play a key role in our retail dispensary, ensuring smooth operations and compliant distribution of cannabis products. You are a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional passionate about patient care, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, guiding patients and dispensary staff with your expertise in product knowledge, dosing, and consumption methods.
You excel at educating, consulting, and ensuring compliance with inventory, security, and regulatory protocols, helping create an outstanding patient experience while supporting business goals.
What You’ll Do- Provide patients with accurate product recommendations, dosing, consumption methods, and product details.
- Assist patients with questions, concerns, and complaints, adjusting recommendations and/or dosing based on patient feedback.
- Train team members on product knowledge, ensuring they provide proper recommendations to patients.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, community professionals.
- Deepen your understanding of cannabis products, dosing, drug interactions, side effects, and efficacy of different strains and delivery methods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all federal and state laws. Oversee inventory audits and dispensing operations.
- Assist with inventory forecasting, product intake, and maintaining systems for regulatory reporting and sales analysis.
- An active Pharmacy License in the state you’re applying for.
- Strong knowledge of the retail and pharmacy landscape.
- A passion for patient care and the medical cannabis industry.
- Effective communication skills at all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to address concerns professionally.
- Flexibility with scheduling, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, use hands and fingers to feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 pounds. Occasionally required to climb, balance, and lift up to 25 pounds. Requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
Work EnvironmentOperates in a professional retail environment. Uses standard office equipment such as computers, POS systems, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Requires exposure to dust, pollen, allergens, and working in confined spaces. Demands high stress tolerance and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
