• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans that cater to our clients' unique needs

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure client success

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and client-centered care

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity in our services

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives

• Pay Range: $100 - $110 HOURLY

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
