We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to replace a PT that is retiring. We are looking for someone that wants to provide a positive and encouraging environment while providing therapy to patients. • Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
• Offer effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally
• Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Consult and practice with other health professionals
• Evaluate effects, monitor and communicate progress
• Document patient care services

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current Physical Therapy Licensure through the State of Utah,
  -OR
  - Temporary license if new graduate awaiting licensing exam results
• Proven work experience as a physical therapist
• Intensive education and clinical expertise
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• Drive to continually learn and grow
• Professional behavior
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Physical Therapy License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)

Our office is open Monday - Friday 7am to 6pm. The therapists do work 4, 10hr days.

Once we find a stellar PT and make an offer, we will want to make sure the therapist is fully credentialed prior to starting in the office. This process can take up to 3 months to complete with the insurances.
