Stonebridge Home Care South is seeking compassionate CNAs to support clients on a part-time basis. You will follow personalized care plans prepared by a Registered Nurse and provide one-on-one care during your shifts.
Duties include personal care (dressing, bathing, transfers, eating), light home management (light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, shopping) and meaningful companionship with supervision. A supportive environment and mentoring from a CNA Supervisor are provided to help you grow.
