Job Description

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a PT to join our Salt Lake City team as a pelvic health and outpatient orthopedic therapist.

Compensation and mentorship:

• Receive $1,500 annually to complete pelvic health continuing education.
• Mentorship under the supervision of Madison Splan, PT, WCS.
• Annual income in the range of $75,000–$100,000.

Practice focus:

• Many patients will be general orthopedic cases, with collaboration to grow the pelvic health program.
• Encouragement to pursue specialties, board certification, or leadership pathways while maintaining work‑life balance.

Location:

Millcreek, Utah

Pay Range:

• $75,000–$80,000 annual income or a revenue sharing compensation option with an expected annual rate of $80,000–$100,000.
• Additional $1,500 annual continuing education and bonuses for clinical excellence.

Hours & Benefits:

• Must have at least level 1 certification from APTA or Herman & Wallace Institute
• Current or ability to obtain PT license
• Interest in treating pelvic health patients
• A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy
