Orchard Post Acute and Oakwood Gardens Care Center are seeking a Registered Dietitian to deliver nutrition services across both facilities. You will assess residents, tailor nutrition plans, monitor outcomes and collaborate with the care team to optimize recovery and quality of life.
You must hold an RD/RDN credential and a Bachelor's in Nutrition. The role is on-site with competitive pay and benefits, supporting two post-acute teams and improving resident outcomes.
