Overview
Utah Valley University Dining Services is seeking a student to assist with Catering Services dishwasher duties.
Responsibilities- Day-to-day dishroom operations; proper sink, floor, and dishware care, and cleaning and safety procedures.
- Use proper cleaning techniques with all dining ware, dishware, and silverware.
- Maintaining the usage of supplies, chemicals, and equipment from the dishroom & laundry area.
- All student workers need to be friendly, helpful, and able to follow directions from their supervisor.
- Employees are required to arrive at work on time, in a clean uniform, and fulfill the duties assigned to them.
- Must be a current UVU student.
- Must have excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must be able to walk, bend, lift, push, and stand for extended periods of time.
