Front Office Agent

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel, located in the Deer Valley ski resort approximately 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, is seeking Front Office Agents to manage guest registration, communicate hotel services and promotions, and provide exceptional guest experiences.

• Handle the guest registration process and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Process payment forms and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure correct billing.
• Act as the face of Hyatt during check‑in and throughout the guest stay.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and walk long distances.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry moderate amounts of weight.
• Must be able to make quick decisions in tough situations.
• Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office Host operations preferred.
• Proficient in general computer knowledge.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
