Spend the season in one of Southern Utah’s most unforgettable desert towns.
Escalante Grand Resort is hiring a flexible, hands‑on Team Member to help support resort operations during our busy travel season. We’re looking for someone dependable, adaptable, and comfortable jumping into different areas of the property as needed.
This is not a sit‑at‑a‑desk‑all‑day kind of job. One day you may be helping reset guest rooms, the next assisting in the coffee shop or keeping outdoor spaces looking great. If you like variety and staying busy, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Help With:- Housekeeping and room resets
- Laundry and linen folding
- Coffee shop support (coffee, espresso drinks, sodas)
- Front desk or guest assistance as needed
- Landscaping and outdoor upkeep
- General resort support during busy periods
- Reliable and self‑motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- Friendly and guest-focused
- Able to handle physical work and stay active throughout shifts
- Flexible schedule during peak season
- Flexible hours based on occupancy
- FHU RV site
- Small‑team environment with strong support
- Opportunity to return for future seasons
- Immediate access to hiking, slot canyons, national parks, and desert adventure
- 1 team member for July & August
- Ideally 2 team members for September & October
