Responsibilities

Join us as a full‑time Human Resource (HR) Specialist and work within a dedicated mental‑health environment. In this role you will assist the Director of Human Resources with a range of HR tasks and help build a skilled workforce.

  • Post job openings, onboard new employees and maintain detailed employee records.
  • Recruit and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Screen, interview, onboard and hire new employees; provide HR orientations, process terminations and status changes (full cycle HR).
  • Attend required hospital special events, job fairs and other HR‑related activities as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred; not required.
  • Previous experience working as an HR Specialist.
  • Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably 1–2 years recruiting in the healthcare industry.
  • Extremely organized, detail‑oriented and self‑starter; ability to complete tasks within your experience level.
  • Experience with HRIS preferred (iCIMS, Lawson, Workday, I9 Advantage, Cisive).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (no exceptions), able to pass a background check and drug screen.
