Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Platform, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Your ability to build relationships, assess candidate qualifications and deliver exceptional candidate experience will be critical to your success in this role.

What you will do:
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment strategy & processes.
  • Advance our recruitment brand and provide social media presence across platforms.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications, schedules interviews, and selects qualified candidates.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Prepare and present metrics and other recruiting information to management
What we look for:
  • 2+ years experience in a recruiting role, corporate and agency experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to concisely and effectively communicate business objectives and hiring needs
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
