We are looking for a passionate and curious HR Business Partner to provide strategic oversight to our growth major projects team in the Americas and achieve business objectives by translating business needs and context into people strategies ensuring their effective execution. This role is a great opportunity to work in a challenging, dynamic, and exciting environment. Reporting to the Chief People and Sustainability Officer on a Monday to Friday roster, you will:
- As a trusted partner, provide credible advice and coaching on people and culture initiatives, including constructively challenging leaders on their individual and collective effectiveness.
- Effectively partner with projects leaders to shape organization relevant people strategy and ensure people practices are an effective tool to build capability to execute the group strategy.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen the Major Projects Americas culture, capability & employee’s engagement.
- Seeking out diverse viewpoints when problem-solving, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and an ability to gain support for solutions that challenge the status quo
- Collaborate with various HR teams to provide fit for purpose HR solutions.
- Actively engage as a member of the wider Projects HR team and lead regional HR engagements and initiatives for Projects HR.
