Youropportunity
On a global level, assist in administering all global benefits plans, programs, policies and processes with a focus on US‑based plans. We’re looking for an energetic, self‑motivated, creative and organized individual who loves to learn and is eager to join a fast‑paced and growing team.
What you'll do- Assist with global benefits management including regulatory compliance and administration of benefits programs.
- Proactively partner with key stakeholders in the People Team (HR), Finance, and Procurement.
- Ensure benefits programs provide a positive employee experience with education and clear communication.
- Serve as a first‑line subject‑matter expert for US employee benefits queries, providing clear and accurate information.
- Analyze benefits data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision‑making and identify trends.
- Demonstrate understanding of US benefit management with an interest in expanding knowledge to other global regions (APJ and EMEA).
- Have experience with self‑funding plan management in the US.
- Have experience with the Workday Benefits module.
- Have experience assisting with time‑off, ADA, and leave programs (LOA).
- Proficiency in Workday Benefits/HRIS.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones to collaborate effectively with US, EMEA, and APJ stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to understand and prioritize competing, urgent requests.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- 2years of experience in Human Resources and/or Benefits management.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, Coupa.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field.
- Software and tech company experience preferred.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Beginner consulting and analytical skills.
- Experience assisting with benefits budget management in the US.
- Experience in developing and delivering engaging benefits communications and educational materials.

Estimated Base Pay Range$30–$38 USD
