Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Operations Manager
Remote is a fully remote, global HR platform that helps businesses recruit, pay, and manage international teams. We’re hiring a Specialist in our Onboarding Operations team to enhance the employee onboarding journey for our clients worldwide.

What you bring- Extensive Operations Experience
:
Strong background in operational roles, with a solid understanding of people operations and employment/contracting experience. - Contract Knowledge
:
Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar legally binding documents in HR or people‑management contexts. - Adaptability
:
Ability to excel in fast‑paced, cross‑functional settings, ideally within startups or high‑growth companies. - Team‑Oriented Mindset
: A true collaborator who values team success and demonstrates ownership. - Exceptional Communication Skills
:
High proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level; additional languages are a plus. - Tech‑Savvy and Adaptable
:
Skilled with collaboration tools and quick to learn new systems. - Independent and Collaborative
:
Able to work autonomously and within an international, remote team; open to flexible hours as required. - Familiarity with Key Tools
:
Experience with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace (or similar). - Knowledge and Content Management
:
Able to organize, maintain, and update knowledge resources to support team efficiency.
- Lead the Onboarding Journey
:
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, focusing on compliance and documentation. - End‑to‑End Ownership
:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of employee onboarding, addressing queries throughout. - Cross‑Functional Collaboration
:
Work closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams. - Continuous Improvement
:
Identify and implement enhancements to the onboarding experience. - Data Expertise
:
Maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance. - Support Compliance Initiatives
:
Contribute to audits, reporting, and data integrity projects. - Drive Automation
:
Champion automation opportunities to streamline processes.

The annual salary range for this full‑time role is $28,200 – $71,400 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
