• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Efficiently fill open positions.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Utilize emerging technologies for recruitment.
• Administer end-to‑end hiring cycles.

• Application review to ensure candidates are moving through process efficiently and timely.
• Review voice auditions and record results.
• Coordinate interview schedules, as needed.
• Finalize the hiring paperwork and work to resolve any issues and concerns.
• Complete final offer with candidate.

The base pay range for this position is up to $47,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job‑related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.

Offers of employment are conditional and require that you complete and pass a criminal background check that reviews all criminal activity in every area of residence for the last seven years.
