Patient Safety Specialist

Responsibilities

Position is full‑time day or night shift (6:00 am‑6:30 pm or 6:00 pm‑6:30 am). Three 12‑hour shifts per week (36 hours).

Your role and responsibilities include:

• Patient Safety & Therapeutic Support
• Crisis Management
• Program Coordination & Staff Development
