Smarty in Orem, UT is seeking an HR Generalist to join our HR & Employee Experience team. This full-time, onsite role will help build the systems, processes, and moments that make Smarty a great place to work.
You’ll work with people who care, on meaningful problems, and still have fun along the way. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, administer our HRIS (Rippling), coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and assist with benefits, compliance, and culture initiatives.
