We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern who is currently studying HR. This role is ideal for someone with little to no HR experience who is eager to learn and gain hands‑on exposure to core HR functions. You will work closely with our HR manager to support audits and special projects that strengthen our compliance and people processes.

• Assist with audit functions, including I-9 audits and safety audits
• Support payroll processes such as data review and preparation
• Help conduct a compensation study, including collecting and organizing market data
• Participate in job description updates and cleanup
• Provide support for general HR functions such as recordkeeping, data entry, and reporting
• Assist with employee file audits and compliance tasks
• Collaborate with HR staff on ongoing projects and process improvements

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or related program at Weber State University
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

• Hands‑on HR experience across multiple functional areas
