Program Manager - Partner Programs

As Program Manager, you will own the success of a portfolio of partners. This is bigger than traditional account management: you will combine relationship leadership, structured program execution, and commercial accountability to help partners launch and operate Troomi as part of their business.

• Own partner delivery end-to-end: Lead onboarding, launch planning, enablement, and steady-state operations for each partner.
• Plan and run partner programs: Define timelines, milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria across technical, operational, and go-to-market work streams.
• Serve as primary partner contact: Manage day-to-day coordination with partner stakeholders, escalating to Director/VP or C-level leaders when appropriate.
• Drive adoption outcomes: Establish success metrics, launch targets, and execution plans that translate into real partner progress and sell-through.
• Run implementation programs: Coordinate technical integration, operations, support workflows, and go-to-market readiness across internal teams and partner teams.
• Create a scalable playbook: Develop repeatable templates, checklists, process docs, and enablement materials so new partners can launch faster with fewer surprises.
• Track execution health: Monitor KPIs, surface risks early, manage issues, and keep programs moving forward.
• Represent the partner internally: Translate partner needs into clear requirements, priorities, and action items for Troomi teams.
• Lead issue resolution: When issues arise (technical, operational, or commercial), you organize the response, align stakeholders, and drive resolution to closure.

We are looking for someone who is equal parts relationship-builder and operator. You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable in technical conversations and capable of running complex, cross-functional programs to completion
.

• 7+ years in program management, partnerships, customer success, account management, or related B2B roles.
• Proven experience coordinating complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong program execution skills: you can define a plan, manage dependencies, and deliver on timelines. 3+ years project management.
• Comfortable owning outcomes without needing constant direction or escalation.
• Technical aptitude: able to discuss APIs/integrations, device/software workflows, provisioning, support processes, and data/reporting needs at a practical level.
• Clear communicator with strong writing skills (you can produce plans, status updates, and documentation people actually use).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-moving environments.
• Limited travel for key partner meetings, launches, and business reviews.
