Product Manager – Manufacturing Tech

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 6 years of experience in product management within SaaS applications (preferably in inventory, manufacturing, ERP, or supply chain).
• Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven or AI-enabled products while collaborating with agile product development teams.
• In-depth understanding of business operations, workflow enhancement, and supply chain methodologies.
• Ability to distill complex technical capabilities into clear and valuable customer experiences.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms pertinent to data processing and integration (e.g., NLP for data mapping, ML for anomaly detection).

• Define and advocate for the product vision of AI-enhanced inventory, manufacturing, and operations management.
• Transform company goals into a targeted product roadmap that weighs customer demands, business objectives, and technical viability.
• Identify and exploit opportunities to harness LLMs, predictive analytics, agentic automation, and real-time data to set the product apart.
• Work diligently with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product effectiveness and success.
• Keep updated on recent advancements in integration technologies, accounting practices, eCommerce platforms, and evolving AI tools pertinent to data integration and automation.
• Assess and suggest AI technologies that can bolster our integration platforms functionality, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Engage in comprehensive customer research to uncover workflows, challenges, and operational pains.
• Confirm problems and solutions through customer interviews, prototypes, and rapid testing.
• Maintain a proactive stance on industry, AI, and supply chain trends to inform strategic direction.
• Draft concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate tightly with engineering and design to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
• Prioritize features based on measurable customer impact, return on investment, and data-driven insights.
• Foster adoption of new features through enablement sessions, demonstrations, and go-to-market support.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineering teams to implement AI models, agentic workflows, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection frameworks.
• Evaluate and enhance AI performance utilizing product analytics and customer feedback.
• Ensure responsible AI standards, data integrity, and transparency in user-facing features.
• Align stakeholders from engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure a unified product vision.
• Support go-to-market initiatives through product training, messaging, and launch documentation.
• Be an advocate for the customer experience across the organization.
