Location: Remote

Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000

Position Overview

ICC is seeking a seasoned, strategic, and creative Director of Digital Strategy to lead the organization’s digital efforts across all platforms. The Director will be responsible for establishing and executing ICC’s comprehensive digital strategy, overseeing all advertising and social media initiatives, managing budgets, and driving measurable results that advance ICC’s mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Advertising Management: Oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and performance tracking of all digital advertising campaigns (including paid search, display, and social media) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Budget Oversight: Develop, manage, and optimize the digital department’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across advertising, tools, staffing, and content creation to achieve high ROI and strategic impact.
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Lead ICC’s social media strategy and execution across all major platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X, Linked In, You Tube, etc.). Ensure a consistent voice, high engagement, and meaningful growth in reach and influence.
  • Event & Conference Digital Content: Oversee all digital content related to ICC’s conferences and convenings, including production of introduction videos, live streaming, and real-time coverage such as live tweeting and social media updates.
  • Cross-Platform Campaign Development: Design and implement integrated digital campaigns that combine organic social, paid media, email, and web strategies to advance key objectives such as awareness, advocacy, recruitment, and fundraising.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and generate actionable insights to continually refine digital strategy and drive results.
  • Team Leadership &

    Collaboration:

    Lead and mentor staff and contractors, and collaborate closely with ICC’s communications, field, and research teams to ensure a unified and data-driven approach.
  • Innovation & Emerging Trends: Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies. Introduce innovative tools, formats, and tactics to ensure ICC maintains a cutting-edge digital presence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related strategic digital roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale digital ad budgets and optimizing performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing.
  • Proven success in leading end-to-end digital campaigns and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Deep passion for ICC’s mission and for empowering students to advocate for Israel and strengthen the U.S.–Israel relationship.
