Oracle ERP Solutions Architect Job Orem area,Utah USA,IT/Tech

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle ERP Solution Architect to join our dynamic consulting team. In this client-facing role, you will act as the trusted advisor who scopes engagements, articulates the full power of the Oracle ERP suite to customers, aligns technology solutions with business strategy, and keeps our offerings at the cutting edge of Oracle’s evolving product roadmap. You will guide clients through complex Oracle ERP transformations, from initial strategy and scope definition to successful implementation and adoption.

You will bridge the gap between client needs and practical, scalable Oracle ERP solutions (Cloud ERP, E-Business Suite, Net Suite, or Fusion Applications).

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Solution Scoping:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading discovery sessions to understand their business needs, challenges, and strategic goals. Accurately scope new projects, define solution architecture, and provide detailed effort estimates in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
Strategic Advisory & Roadmap Development:
Develop comprehensive proposals that outline solution scope, architecture, and implementation roadmaps. Translate client requirements into clear, phased plans for successful Oracle Cloud ERP adoption and digital transformation.
Technical & Functional Expertise:
Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud ERP applications (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM, EPM). Provide guidance on best practices for data migration, system integration, and change management, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with business objectives.
Sales Cycle Support:
Drive the technical and functional aspects of the sales cycle by creating and delivering powerful, customized demonstrations that illustrate how Oracle SaaS applications can directly solve client business problems. Lead the response to client RFPs and RFIs, contributing expertise on implementation methodology, project governance, and staffing models.
Product Knowledge & Innovation:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest features, roadmaps, and emerging technologies within Oracle's SaaS applications. Provide internal guidance to sales and delivery teams to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
Project Leadership & Oversight:
Help with executive alignment regarding project direction and escalations. Manage and ensure issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with significant expertise in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications.
Strong understanding of Oracle's on-premise E-Business Suite (EBS) or People Soft is highly desirable for migration and coexistence strategies.
Proven ability to architect complex Oracle ERP solutions, including scope definition, project planning, and resource estimation.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders and technical teams.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
Experience working in a business consulting or system integration environment is preferred.

Preferred

Skills:

Oracle Cloud ERP certifications (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM).
Experience with integrating Oracle SaaS applications with other enterprise systems.
Familiarity with automation and AI capabilities within the Oracle ecosystem.
