We’re looking for a Marketing Social to own and amplify the voice of Slips across social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of culture, community, and growth, responsible for how Slips shows up in real time — reacting to sports, cultural moments, and trending conversations while bringing new users into the ecosystem.

You’ll be the day-to-day steward of our brand voice, connecting with audiences authentically and turning attention into engagement, followers, and sign-ups.

• Own Slips’ presence across social platforms (X, Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging channels)
• Define and execute Slips’ social voice, tone, and personality
• Engage with audiences in real time around sports, culture, and live events
• Create and publish timely, original content tied to real-world moments
• Collaborate with Growth, Field Outreach, and Product teams on campaigns and launches
• Identify trends, memes, and conversations relevant to Slips’ audience
• Partner with creators, influencers, and brand advocates to expand reach
• Monitor performance and optimize content for engagement and growth
• Turn social momentum into measurable user acquisition

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand or platform
• Strong instincts for timing, tone, and cultural relevance
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
• Comfortable engaging publicly with users, creators, and brands
• Experience growing audiences and driving engagement
• Ability to balance creativity with performance goals
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments

• Experience in sports, gaming, fintech, or creator-led brands
• Comfort with basic content creation (short-form video, graphics, live posting)
• Familiarity with social analytics and growth tools
• Experience coordinating with influencers or community leaders
• Passion for sports, culture, and internet-native communities

• Be the voice of a next-generation peer-to-peer platform
• Influence how a new category is perceived and discussed
• Create content that reacts to live moments — not just calendars
• Work closely with leadership and growth on high-impact initiatives
