Duties
- Serves as an Industrial Product Support Vendor (IPV) Analyst for DLA Aviation Industrial Support Activity (ISA).
- Provides a variety of services in support of planning of programs affecting the DLA Aviation Air Force ISA’s supply, storage, order fulfillment, distribution, logistics management, and planning functions in support of an AF Air Logistics Complex.
- Analyzes and evaluates major operating processes of the IPV program to determine effectiveness in achieving objectives.
- Recommends improvements to policies, plans, methods, procedures and techniques.
- Ensures the highest level of support is provided to servicing AF ALC for bench stock material support throughout the IPV program.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.

Set Schedule (M-F ). - Security Requirements:

To qualify for a Supply Systems Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
- Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-11 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector.
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
- Creditable Specialized Experience Includes:
- Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of supply programs and operations.
- Conducting studies to determine whether proposed changes to automated supply systems meet functional user requirements.
- Resolving issues and problems in supply management areas.
- Coordinating objectives/projects involving automated supply systems.
- Interpreting policy and directives affecting supply, storage, order fulfillment and/or distribution.
- Education Substitution:
Education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. Education must be from a college or university accredited by an organization approved by the U.S. Department of Education. If using education to meet basic qualifications, submit a transcript as supplemental documentation. To qualify based on education in lieu of specialized experience, you must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. - Combination:
Combinations of completed post-high school education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements for grade levels GS-11, and may be computed as described.
