Digital Analytics SpecialistLocation:
Orem, UT (onsite)
This role sits at the intersection of analytics implementation and reporting. The analyst will own data collection across our website and applications, turning raw data into actionable insights for marketing and product teams.
What you’ll do- Own and manage Google Tag Manager and analytics instrumentation across our website and applications
- Configure, maintain, and document GA4 events, parameters, and conversions
- Design and maintain a scalable, consistent data layer in partnership with frontend teams
- Build and maintain core dashboards and reports used by marketing, product, and leadership
- Help stakeholders understand what the data means and how to use it
- Identify gaps in tracking and proactively recommend improvements
- Establish analytics standards, naming conventions, and documentation
- Continue developing your analytics, technical, and communication skills
- Hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager (custom triggers, variables, event‑based tracking)
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, including event modeling, parameters, and conversions
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports (GA4, Looker, or similar tools)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to translate business questions into measurable analytics solutions
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
- Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion
- Server‑side GTM or GA4 Measurement Protocol experience
- Experience with Big Query or data warehouses
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Ads, Hub Spot, Linked In, etc.)
- Experience with consent management, GDPR, or CCPA considerations
