of Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting technological platforms (Qualtrics, Handshake, Modern Campus CMS).
- Engage in data collection, analysis, and reporting of office statistics.
- Track and compile various metrics such as student appointments, surveys, evaluations, classroom presentations, event participation, recruiting activities, and observation reports,
- Participate in on-campus fairs and other events.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree; OR any combination of education and/or full-time experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling two years.
Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesKnowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
- Familiarity with the Handshake user experience.
- Experience with Qualtrics survey design.
Skills
- Technology troubleshooting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced data and technology skills.
Abilities
- Ability to work well without constant supervision.
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
