Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time remote role for a Field Underwriter. The Field Underwriter will be responsible for meeting potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and determining appropriate coverage options. Daily tasks include conducting in-person and phone consultations, gathering and analyzing client information, explaining policy features, and completing necessary paperwork. The Field Underwriter will also build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and protection.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of life insurance products and financial protection solutions
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with technology and insurance software systems
• Adaptable and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in insurance underwriting is a plus
• Current insurance license or willingness to obtain one
