WhatYou’ll Work On
- Lead depot inductions, manage pre‑ or post‑dock execution, and ensure proper integration of TCTD, Mod, or MRF requirements.
- Coordinate and execute aircraft induction, modification, repair, and delivery activities across multiple depots.
- Drive daily production efforts by clearing constraints, validating materials, and updating delivery timelines with Prime Contractor, program office, and customer coordination.
- Coordinate with Lightning Sustainment Center to monitor readiness metrics, assess trends, and address critical degraders across the fleet.
- Oversee engineering, structural, corrosion, and HMOD issues while standardizing cross‑depot processes and resolving major discrepancies.
- Improve supply readiness through forecasting, issue mitigation, Prime Contractor CFT coordination, and rapid recovery logistics for diverted aircraft.
- Support enterprise improvement through DDR upgrades, SQAR or BCAM alignment, Depot Event Reviews, and MWLR forecasting.
- Maintain enterprise visibility via AMREP reporting, executive briefs, and daily synchronization with U.S. Services, Prime Contractor, program office, and partner nations.
- Validate material availability, resolve supply issues, integrate depot capacity, oversee lead times, and coordinate engineering requirements into executable production plans.
- Act as POC between the owning unit, depot maintenance activity, item managers, and Prime Contractor, including functional or operational check flight scheduling, cannibalization actions from depot possessed aircraft and mediator to resolve logistics support problems involving maintenance, supply, and other supportability issues.
- Manage all associated induction work package documentation and negotiate requested added work scope to ensure content can be performed within the planned induction span.
- Update critical logistical support plans enabling full air vehicle weapons systems supportability on current and future depot possessed aircraft.
- Evaluate Air Vehicle Depot induction Scheduled Work Packages (SWP), verifying maintenance, repairs, and modifications identified on the SWP are executable and maintenance supportable.
- 6+ years of experience in aircraft depot maintenance, component repair management, production control, sustainment, or modification management.
- Experience coordinating with government, industry, and military organizations.
- Knowledge of depot operations and associated technical data workflows, demonstrated ability to collaborate with U.S. Services and international participants, and experience monitoring production flow, WIP constraints, corrosion issues, and structural or hardware modification status.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as AMREP, SQAR, or BCAM.
- Ability to travel to CONUS depot sites and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply, or Business.
- Experience with F‑35 program and JPO systems.
- Experience supporting international depot operations.
