Corporate Compliance Supervisor

ION Solar is looking for an upbeat, happy, dedicated, self-starting individual to join our team as a Compliance Lead
. You will ensure that each solar project is compliant with HOA, Utility, and AHJ regulations.

• Review each project for new requirements that need to be met for permitting and installation
• Communicate with the jurisdictions and build good relationships
• Coordinate with many departments in a company-wide effort to serve our customers
• Play a pivotal role in the communication pathway between field employees, cities, utilities, and the corporate office
• Assist Manager in daily operations to meet goals and timelines

• Proficient in Excel and Autocad
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Reliability and regular attendance
• Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
• Computer literacy

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2 - 6 years of compliance or equivalent job experience
• Solar experience (preferred)

Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. May encounter interruptions throughout the work day.
