JOB TITLE: Project Manager, Enterprise Business Solutions
Description:
Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to completion with astrong understanding of project management methodologies, a proven track recordof delivering projects on time and within budget, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job ResponsibilitiesOversee a team of business analysts and project administrators in support of administrative services functions including human resource management,financial management and reporting, facilities management, asset management, etc.
Coordinate efforts with software partners in planning and maintaining our ERP and administrative services systems
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and tracking systems to ensurethe successful completion of projects.
Delegates and oversees the process of EBS related projects.
Manage project resources, including budget, staff, and vendor relationships.
Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure project goals are met.
Measures and mitigates risks, communicates concerns, project status, and changes to stakeholders, management, executive leaders, and team members.
Manage project scope and change control processes to ensure projects stay on track.
Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with stakeholders and project teams.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills andability to make decisions under pressure.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ora related field.
- 5 – 10 years of related experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
- Sufficient years of experience managing complex technology projects.
- Physical Work Requirements - Light: exerting up to 10lbsof force occasionally.
- Repetitive motion associated withoperatinga computer and other office equipment.
- Inside, climate-controlled working conditions.
- Occasional travel and outdoor working conditions.
