International Project Manager
Job Description:
Responsible for managing end-to-end project execution by planning timelines,coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring that project goalsare delivered on time and within scope. Acts as the main point of communication between stakeholders, teams, and leadership to keep projects aligned with business objectives. Focuses on improving workflow efficiency, resolving issues, and making sure all deliverables meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and key deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress and identify risks, delays, or roadblocks early.
Manage priorities and adjust plans to keep projects on schedule.
Lead meetings, provide updates, and maintain clear communication across teams.
Prepare reports, documentation, and status updates for management.
Ensure final outputs meet business requirements, quality expectations, and deadlines.
Improve processes and workflows to support more efficient project execution.
Support problem-solving and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience:
Experience in project management, operations, or a related field
Experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
Ability to coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Experience communicating with stakeholders and leadership teams
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience in a global or international business environment
Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneztg
