We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operations on major projects in Utah
, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. This role sits within a strong pipeline of secured work extending into 2027/2028, offering long-term stability and progression.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing large electrical construction operations and leading sizeable field teams in fast-paced project environments.

• Oversee day-to-day electrical construction operations on a major project
• Manage large onsite workforce and subcontractors
• Drive safety, productivity, quality, and schedule performance
• Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, and field leadership teams
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and client requirements
• Monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and maintain delivery targets
• Support planning and mobilisation of future projects within the region

• Proven experience in a senior operations or field leadership role
• Strong background in electrical construction (commercial or light industrial)
• Experience managing large onsite crews and subcontractors
• Strong operational planning and execution capability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-volume project environments
