BGIS is seeking a Maintenance Program Manager to join the team in South Jordan, UT. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations and white space projects for Pay Pal's data centers, lead a team of technicians, and ensure high‑quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with client SLAs.
Requirements- Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and coach team members to achieve performance goals and foster professional growth. - Operational Oversight:
Perform daily data center walk‑throughs, manage the Service Now ticketing queue, prioritize and schedule tasks to meet/exceed SLAs. - Project & Process Management:
Participate in SOP development, contribute to corporate initiatives, and collaborate with clients and service providers to plan and execute data center projects.
