A DAY IN THE LIFE
Base compensation varies depending on experience starting at $75,000–$90,000 DOE, with two bonus programs that can pay up to $36,000 per year. A long‑term incentive bonus may also be available. The District Manager oversees daily operations and development of the Mo' Bettahs brand across the Salt Lake County area.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Mentor and lead General Managers in various locations.
- Oversee development and daily operations of the Mo' Bettahs brand.
- Serve as the primary contact for all business operations within the district.
- Drive growth and development of teams, including deployment, team building, and strategic people development.
- Report directly to the Director of Operations.
- Handle day‑to‑day operations while building and executing a strategic plan to deliver same‑store sales growth, improve the guest experience, and instill a culture of positivity and growth.
- 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience with at least 2 years of multi‑unit leadership.
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
- Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi‑unit leader.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptability to new processes and systems.

Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions, on a computer for extended periods, and may be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes.
Must be able to function effectively in a fast‑paced working environment, report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non‑sedative state, and disclose prescribed and/or over‑the‑counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
