Director of Product

Mity Lite is looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Director of Product Development to lead our product management team and accelerate innovation across our durable goods portfolio. What You'll Lead

You'll own the full product lifecycle-from ideation through launch-ensuring we deliver high-quality, market-ready products on time and within budget. The role is both strategic and deeply operational. What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team
• Own and continuously improve our stage-gate process, emphasizing speed-to-market and cross-functional alignment

• Manage compliance, regulatory, and sustainability requirements for new products
• Conduct market and product research, including travel to trade shows, customers, and suppliers
• Partner closely with engineering, design, supply chain, marketing, and sales to define requirements and prioritize features
• Present product strategy and project updates to senior leadership
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our product categories
